Our client was a leading professional body, setting and overseeing qualifications and independently regulating chartered professionals and organisations. To support process transparency and efficiency, they undertook a case management system upgrade – implementing ShareDo - aimed at improving quality, development, and productivity. 

Challenges

Establishment and enforcement of UAT test strategy, test plan, and test execution plan.

 Coordination of project-wide test preparation, test execution and tracking of progress.

 Managed FAT and UAT cycles continuously, embedding corrections and improvements fluidly.

 Conducted Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) of the new environment to validate processes.

 Designed end-to-end scenarios and test cases to guide business users through UAT.

 Delivered comprehensive training materials (documentation, test cases, scenarios) for the client ahead of go-live.

Test Outcomes:
Test case execution percentage increased from ~74% in Cycle 1 to 100% in Cycle 2.

Pass rate was 100% in both Cycle 1 and Cycle 2.

All defects created during UAT were closed by the end of the test cycles.

There were no Priority 1 or Priority 2 defects open as at the end of Cycle 2 of UAT.

Outcome
